AP PolyCET Counselling 2024

Counselling for the AP PolyCET 2024 for various polytechnic diploma courses for academic year 2024-25 is all set to be held by the DTE, Andhra Pradesh. Candidates may get the details about the different stages of counselling procedure from below.

  1. Registration, Processing Fee Payment & Slot Booking for Document Verification:
    • Candidates need to register online for the counseling process through the official website provided by the Department of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh.
    • Upon registration, candidates are required to pay the processing fee.
    • After fee payment, candidates can book their slot for document verification, make sure to choose a convenient date and time for verification.
  2. Documentation at Helpline Centre on the Scheduled Date:
    • On the scheduled date, candidates must visit the designated helpline center for document verification.
    • They need to bring all necessary original documents, which include mark sheets, certificates, identity proof, etc, along with photocopies for verification.
  3. Exercising of Web Options (Choice Filling):
    • After successful document verification, candidates will have to login in the webportal and exercise their web options, which is essentially the process of selecting their preferred colleges and courses.
    • Candidates should carefully prioritize their choices based on their preferences and eligibility.
  4. Release of Seat Allotment:
    • Based on the choices filled by the candidates and their merit rank in AP PolyCET 2024, the seat allotment results are released.
    • Candidates can check their allotment status online through the official website.
  5. Download of Allotment Letter, and College Reporting for Admission:
    • Upon seat allotment, candidates need to download the allotment letter from the official website, which will contain the details of the allotted college and course.
    • Finally, candidates must report to the allotted college by the deadline to complete the admission process.

AP PolyCET 2024 Counselling Processing Fee

To apply for counselling for Polytechnic Common Entrance Test 2024 in Andhra Pradesh, a General or Backward Class candidate will have to make a fee payment of ₹700/- using the debit card, credit card, NET banking or any other provided payment gateway. For the Scheduled Caste/Tribes, the payable amount is only ₹250/-.
